Can I change my address?

Any address changes must be sent to

We can only change addresses BEFORE dispatch ONLY.

How do I store my cookies?

In an airtight container out of direct sunlight, room temperature.

Eat within 2-3 days

Can I heat up my cookies?

Yes, depending on your microwave wattage we would recommend heating up deep dishes and cookie pies around 30secs.

Classic Round Cookies & Cookie bars can be warmed through also 20-30 secs.

Cookie slabs can be warmed in the oven for a few minutes in the foil or remove from the foil, cut and microwave. 

HOT COOKIE DOUGH TRAY heating instructions-

Preheat your oven to gas mark 4 or 180c fan.

Remove cardboard lid, place on baking tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes to achieve hot cookie dough heaven!

Hot cookie dough trays can be frozen, i would recommend defrosting fully before baking or you can cook from frozen but you would need to add on a few minutes more baking time!

Can I freeze my cookies?

In my experience Cookie bars, slabs & Deep Dishes are fine to freeze. Individually wrap each piece in cling film, then foil on top. Leave out over night and eat the next day - heat slightly if thats your preference. Cookie pies have very thick fillings so we have always recommend eating these fresh, as theres so many different filling types i cant guarantee or have tested how each one freezes. However MANY customers have said our products freeze fantastically and bulk buy for a clever cookie freezer stash!

Hot cookie dough trays you can freeze as well.

Fully defrost cookies over night before reheating.

When will I get my order?

1 -2 days

Upon receiving your dispatch email from us your cookies should then arrive next day with DPD. 98% deliveries arrive next day. There is the odd occasion your order will come the following next working day if delay occurs.

What courier do you use & Can I track my order?

DPD 

Please ensure you enter the correct details on your order. You must enter your mobile number so you receive tracking details and provide us with the correct email address. DPD will deliver within a 1 hour slot. We recommend downloading the DPD app so you can enter all your details on your safe place etc and fully track your order.

If you are not at home to collect your order, it will be left outside your home as they are perishable goods and we do this to avoid them going back to a warehouse and being disposed of or getting lost. PLEASE state a safe place where you want them to be left if your not going to be in. Please also check your SPAM email for your DPD tracking if you havent got anything through. Please be at home to collect your parcel to avoid anyone stealing them. We cannot replace or refund orders with DPD proof of delivery.

Do you cater for allergens or have vegan options?

Unfortunately not, we cannot cater for any requirements as there is a risk of cross contamination. ALL BAKES ARE MADE IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT HANDLES GLUTEN, NUTS, PEANUTS, MILK, DAIRY, EGGS AND SOYA.

Where do you deliver to?

Mainland UK ONLY

Additional charges may be added at the checkout, this is the charge DPD charge us if its classed as outside their UK mainland range

Can I change my order?

No, once you have placed the order its down to you to ensure its correct - unfortunately we cant change things as we bake to set boxes. We are under pressure to get things bagged up and labelled ASAP to dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before its dispatched we charge a 10% cancellation admin fee to cover our time and costs associated with cancelling.

 Can I place an order?

RESTOCKS take place on our website. Set boxes only - These are the only things you can currently purchase. We currently cannot fulfill custom orders at this time. Please check social media for all restocking updates.

My order has arrived, unfortunately the cookies are broken inside?

Everything that leaves us is thoroughly checked and made sure its up to standard in all ways. However once your box leaves HQ and its in transit, its out of our hands. Cookies and the packaging does SOMETIMES get damaged through transit which we cannot be held responsible for along with weather conditions, Eg Chocolate melting etc. If your not happy with these terms, please dont order.

I had my item in my basket, went to pay and then sold out?

Its the fastest to pay who gets the boxes when they are uploaded to my website. Having a box in your basket doesnt mean its yours unfortunately, as theres hundreds of other people with it in their basket too at the same time! - FASTEST to PAY gets the boxes. Please set up an account on my shopify before restocks so all details are saved to ensure best chance of getting an order.
